Packages from Amazon

Hi,

Yesterday some packages arrived. All in different pouches, envelopes and boxes. My younger son who is in college ordered some books from the "used" section of Amazon.com. Most of the books costs a dollar or two, and others are a bit more, but each one comes hand addressed, the work of one person who is selling their old books.

As they started arriving, it felt like the holidays, each wrapped up, very nice. That's emotional memory systems for you, because as a child we didn't have packages arriving often, so when one did, I was excited. I still am that way with mail. Oh, look, there is something in the mailbox. Oddly, that doesn't cross over into email and spam.

Just getting a little lift from those small packages, all hand addressed coming from who knows where!
