
Ease Stress ...

Who isn't stressed these days? Most people think of stress management as relaxation, psychotherapy or winning the lottery. Stress is happening NOW. You can learn to process this very moment with tools that were not available even five years ago. They are brain-friendly. Your brain loves them, and as you use them you move through stress back to feeling better -- even great.
Start with Wired for Joy training and in a few sessions you'll know how to get from stress to joy. Then continue with the EBT kits so that lingering stress and those "triggers" will be rewired. Stay with EBT until your brain establishes a new comfort zone in states of balance and reward. Appetites and cravings fade.

Get Started with EBT
Step 1 - Start EBT Basic Training: Wired for Joy Telegroup or Great Start eCourse
Begin by acquiring solid skills in the basic tools of Emotional Brain Training. You’ll see that you can identify your brain state (stress level) and change it. Check with your physician to monitor your medications.
Step 2 - Join a Local Group or Telegroup and complete The 6 EBT Kits
Settle into Emotional Brain Training and move through The EBT Kits, experiencing more of the rewards of life, and heal past hurts. Over time you will shift your emotional set point toward a state of positive emotions.
