Hi BBASEL,
I'm go grateful you are back and shared that you feel insecure about the new terminology. The Cycle Tool is the same, just a slightly different use for the old Cycles about some unreasonable basic expectations and the more powerful circuits that were stored during times of being really overwhelmed. The kits include Imagines, My Story (emotional trash), skills to stay balanced, and lifestyle changes, as always. It's just that we have made them all more in sinc with science, and our experience has been -- more powerful.
Here's a short list of the new terminology and the old. The purpose is to reframe some issue or problem for what it really is - a wire - then apply the tool that will get you the best results as quickly as possible. The same applies that getting into a group or telegroup, the moving through the kits brings the best results.

In EBT, we set aside the term "below the line" a couple of years ago, because although it fit the "allostatic response" in states 4 and 5, it was problematic. Read more »
