The tools to emotionally connect with yourself and process stress are best learned in real time with an EBT Provider. We developed this course to give you the best start with EBT. You'll learn how to identify your brain state, and how to use each of the tools that switch your brain back to feeling balanced, connected -- and in joy.

This course includes weekly 90-minute telegroups that are facilitated by a Certified EBT Provider and the EBT Wired for Joy Kit, which is only available to those who are in groups and coaching. Weekly by week, you'll learn the tools, with personal coaching and a small group for practicing the skills. We'll send you the Wired for Joy Kit, which includes the journal, pocket reminders and three months of support with an EBT Online Community membership.

Our Wired for Joy telegroups are inspiring and effective. During the first session, you'll learn how to identify your brain state -- your personal thumbprint of signs for each state. Then during the second session, you'll gets started in learning the 5 tools. In the last two sessions, you'll use The Cycle Tool - the most powerful skill of the method, and practice scoring Joy Points -- creating a surge of pleasure in your body.

You'll have your questions -- about brain science and the tools -- answered and you'll conclude the group really knowing how to use the tools. You'll be ready to move on to EBT Kit 1:Sanctuary –– and to join a group or telegroup -- and begin to rewire your brain for lasting results. If you're tired of relying on medications and insight to solve your problems, invest in yourself, and get started with EBT. You'll NEVER look back!

  • 4 Sessions with a small group - 6 to 10 people -- and an EBT Trainer. It's so convenient: no travel time or expenses.
  • Wired for Joy Kit, including the Wired for Joy Journal, which has been tested for three years, and step-by-step introduces you to the tools in a way that is most effect. In addition, you'll receive 3 months of full membership in the EBT Online Community (with access forums -- online provider coaching - the Instant Connection, for web-based tools). We'll send you pocket reminders so that you can focus on the most important tools of the method.
