All Kits - Freedom from Food Addiction

With 68 percent of Americans overweight or obese and food the most common addictive substance, most EBTers are using the method for this symptom.

Although all EBT groups are open to those who are overcoming food and weight issues, some people prefer a group of individuals who share their external solution. Participants who are in any of the EBT Kits are welcome to participate in these groups.
